Booking Fee Terms and Conditions

Your booking fee secures your appointment and the creation of your tattoo design. 
It will be deducted from your total on the day.

This fee replaces the previous deposit system and cannot be moved from appointment to appointment.

The online service can only be used if you have already arranged with an artist an available date and time. 
Your appointment will be booked in for you upon receipt of this payment, any delay in using this service after confirming a date and time with your artist can result in you losing this slot.

THIS SERVICE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

We require 48 hours notice to move an appointment and a complete cancellation will result in you losing your booking fee completely.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in you losing your booking fee. You may also have to pay for your next appointment in full beforehand.

If you use this service without discussing a time and date with your artist you may lose your booking fee.

You cannot transfer your booking fee to another appointment or another person's appointment.
